Week in Snaps: July 29

After boats, shuttles, planes and buses I arrived back in Maine. Tired, yet happy. I love weddings because they leave you with magical romantic feelings and memories. I returned to these two giant balls of love, possibly more excited by the smells of my luggage, than me, but I was only gone for a long weekend after all. I always miss puppy kisses and snuggles the most.

I took my first day back to spend a girls day with Mr. Man’s niece. It was rainy, so our options were limited. We went to the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum and then did some climbing at the rock gym. She headed back home the next day, and I was so sad to see her go. Hanging out with her is by far the highlight of my summer. She is such a rad little girl.

Carley, who I did maternity shots with a few weeks back welcomed this beautiful baby girl into the world, Maya Ardella. She is perfect. I got to meet her on her birth-day. I am so proud of Carley, she is already a great mama. I can’t wait to spend more time with this little bundle.

The rest of my week was jam packed with work. Mr. Man left town to take his niece back, the day after I got home, so I worked and worked some more. Spent my evenings hanging with my goofy pups. Perhaps one of these days I will feel like taking pictures at the deli, but until then…

Hope you had a wonderful week. I can’t believe its almost August, summer is flying by. So sad.
